This is such an interesting technique, I’d love to try it again. It’s called a polar panorama and it’s actually twelve photos all joined together, flipped and had a polar coordinates filter applied to it. It’s a quite a labor intensive process, but the results can really be spectacular. The results usually look better with blue skies, but I just couldn’t wait to try it.
