Taken in Mooloolaba, Queensland, Australia “Brand New Day” is beautiful sunrise shot using an HDR technique.
Sunrise over the ocean is a very nice way to be woken up in the morning. As the hundreds of parrots squawked their morning greetings I enjoyed how peaceful the Mooloolaba landscape is before the rest of the world is awake. That lasted just long enough to snap this photo before the very unpeaceful birds brought me back to reality.
